The work of the reception raises questions - upon departure there was a long queue at the reception and only two counters were open at lunchtime when there was an influx of tourists, why??? and when it was my turn, the girl Hana simply said: I have lunch and just turned around and left! Is this the Soviet Union? not a pleasant incident.

The hotel,staff and all that I saw and experienced at the hotel was very very good. Staff exceptionally helpful and did all they could to accommodate what we required and asked of them.

What a great hotel in the middle of Warsaw city centre. Great fitness, friendly and helpful personnel, clean, good service. Garage directly under the hotel. Hotel near a park where you can do running.

The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy for sightseeing and dining out. The food at the in-house restaurant was delectable and catered to a range of tastes. Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Common areas, like the lobby and hallways, were kept tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and consistent throughout my stay, which was great for both work and relaxation.
